In an effort to take preventative measures to ensure employee security and safety, McKesson Pharmaceutical created McKesson S&S learning modules which covered a variety of topics (Access Control, Tech Privacy, Incidence Reporting, etc.) delivered to McKesson offices and distribution centres across North America. I was a researcher and copywriter for this ongoing series, and also performed the voice-over narration and instruction. In the years since, many companies have developed tech-delivered training materials, but I rarely see the level of creativity, retention measures and reward incentives we we able to implement.
