AIDET Compassionate Healthcare

Created by Studer Group as a foundational tactic for effective patient communication, AIDET is used by nurses, physicians, technicians, EVS, food service, administrators, and all staff involved in patient and family encounters at the bedside and across the continuum of care. Through funding from Community Care Access Centre, Headwaters Heath Care Foundation and William Osler Health System, I created a video series that demonstrates AIDET in day-to-day scenaries. I've worked on many healthcare-focused projects - this one stands out. The brilliant William Osler staff and dedicated volunteers I worked with made our shoot days fly by.
